Dr. Frank Capobianco is a dedicated and compassionate wound care specialist and physician with over 35 years of experience in internal medicine and wound care. His expertise lies in providing comprehensive care to patients suffering from chronic wounds, ensuring optimal healing outcomes through advanced treatment modalities and personalized care plans.
Dr. Capobianco completed his medical degree at The University of Pavia in Pavia Italy and pursued further specialization in Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine at Healogics, where he gained extensive training in advanced wound care techniques. In his clinical practice, Dr. Capobianco has taught over 100 medical students and is known for his attention to details and empathy towards his patients.
Outside of his clinical practice, Dr. Capobianco enjoys biking, reading non-fiction books, and traveling with his family and friends.
Wound Care Specialist
Hal Stein is a dedicated and compassionate chiropractor and certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. With over 25 years of clinical experiencein both office and home health settings, Dr. Stein specializes in providing wound care services, emphasizing preventive care, health promotion, and disease management.
Dr. Stein earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine (DC) degree from National University of Health Sciences, and then went on to obtain his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, where he graduated with honors. Later on, he received his FNP from Herzing University in Kenosha, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Throughout his extensive career, Dr. Stein has worked in diverse clinical settings, including sports clinics, family care practices, nursing care facilities, and community health centers. His clinical expertise encompasses acute and chronic wound care management, routine health screenings, and geriatric care.
Passionate about lifelong learning and professional development, Dr. Stein was also an adjunct professor at the American National University and National Collegea dne was a medical advisor, providing his expertise to students. He actively participates in continuing education courses and holds multiple certifications across various specialities.
Dr. Stein is known for her strong interpersonal skills, compassionate bedside manner, and ability to build trusting relationships with her patients and colleagues. He takes pride in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, empowering individuals and families to make informed decisions about their health.
Outside of his clinical practice, Dr. Stein enjoys coaching hockey and volunteering his time with different charitable organizations.
Wound Care Specialist
Marcin Galica is an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner with a passion for preventative medicine. Marcin obtained his master’s in nursing from North Park University. With over 10 years of nursing experience in gerontology and wound care, including at the VA hospital, Marcin has dedicated his career to improve patient outcomes and decrease health disparities through thoughtful teaching.
In addition to his clinical practice, Marcin would like to further his skills in wound care and works best when everyone works as a team. Outside of his professional endeavors, Marcin enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, playing soccer, and his guilty pleasure is chocolate.
